Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

The Journal of Gender Perspectives and Social Mobility (JGPSM) serves as a scholarly platform for exploring the relationship between strategies and analytics in today's business landscape. JGPSM fosters interdisciplinary dialogue among scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to address modern business challenges by advancing theoretical frameworks, empirical research, and innovative practices. Embracing both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, the journal aims to inform strategic decision-making across diverse organizational contexts and industries. Upholding principles of academic rigor and ethical scholarship, JGPSM welcomes contributions from researchers worldwide to promote innovation and excellence in business strategy and analytics. We invite researchers from universities, colleges, and research centres to submit their work to JGPSM. We maintain a distinguished editorial board comprising experts from various academic fields to ensure adherence to international research standards and timely publication. All submissions undergo a rigorous peer-review process, and acceptance decisions rest with the editorial board, whose judgments are final. JGPSM is an open-access journal following Creative Commons guidelines (CC-BY-NC).

According to the CC BY NC licensing agreement, you are accessible to Share- copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format and Adapt-remix, transform, and build upon the material.
The licensor cannot revoke these freedoms as long as you follow the license terms as given under:
- Attribution - You must give appropriate credit, link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so reasonably, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.

All papers submitted to JGPSM must meet the following conditions:
- The work must be original and not copied from any previously published work by any other authors or the same authors.
- It must be submitted exclusively to JGPSM and not to any other journal simultaneously. Additionally, it should not be under consideration, peer reviewed, accepted for publication, or published elsewhere.
- It must not contain any abusive, defamatory, libelous, obscene, fraudulent, or illegal content.
Any author who fails to comply with these conditions will be prohibited from publishing further in JGPSM.

JGPSM grants publication and copyrights to the author/s under a Creative Commons Attribution-Non-Commercial 4.0 license. Manuscripts submitted to JGPSM are screened for unoriginal material using plagiarism detection software. By submitting your manuscript to JGPSM, you consent to any required originality checks that your manuscript may undergo during the peer-review and production phases.
